Emergency Food Pantry
The mission of the Emergency Food Pantry is to support the community by providing food to reduce hunger. Our vision is to live in a community that strives towards feeding those in need. We work in coordination with volunteers of all ages, businesses, communities of faith, and organizations to collect and distribute food. We have two main shifts- from 9:30am-12pm and 1pm-4pm, when volunteers will be filing food baskets based on client needs and request. This project includes three main roles that volunteers can sign up for. However, volunteers might be completing more than I role during their shift at the Food Pantry based on daily flow, organizational and client needs.
